Natural Pathogen Solutions: 2-Part Series
We’ve learned a lot of new information about the nature of pathogens since 2020, but there is a lot we already knew. This series will mainly focus on viral pathogens, which are often difficult for the human body to detect due to their size, structure and function, and in some cases can be devastating when unchecked. Though each of us has varying levels of exposure to these pathogens on a day-to-day basis, the conversation always starts with the body’s immune system and how to optimize it against all potential pathogenic threats. There are many foods, supplements and herbal remedies that we can add to our daily routine to fortify our immune system and make it robust. The series will also cover what to do if your system is immunocompromised and precisely what that means.
Part one will review a brief history of pathogens, including viruses, bacteria and fungi and what these mean for our body’s natural defense system. We will also discuss some of the new information about the nature of pathogenic mutation. This webinar will also offer food suggestions that can bolster your immune response and a few daily routine practices to give your immune system an advantage.
Part two is all about herbs and supplements for overall immunity. There are thousands of known common pathogens in society today, no matter where you are—it’s a good idea to increase your own body’s natural defense system as a means of overall protection. Including correct dosage, you will learn critical supplements and herbs that help your body regulate immunity and other biological functions. We will also discuss things that decrease immunity and what to limit and avoid.
