Class enrollments:
- We plan our classes based on enrollment. Each class has a minimum enrollment. If we have not reached the minimum enrollment by the deadline, we cancel the class. For that reason, we ask you to enroll as early as possible, and to place your deposit. The deposit guarantees your place in the class, and it is your commitment that you will be attending, so we can plan the details of the class.
- Once the minimum enrollment has been met, in most cases, you are welcome to join the class at anytime, right up to the first day of class. Be aware that if you arrive at class without enrolling in advance, we will not have class materials for you.
- If a student intends to take the class, but does not register by the deadline, and we do not have a minimum enrollment, we will cancel the class, and you will miss attending the class you were planning to take. In order to count you as part of the minimum enrollment, we need to have you registered with your deposit paid.
Class Refund/Retake Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable. If IIEI cancels a class, IIEI will refund your deposit. In all other cases, your deposit will not be refunded.
- There is no discount or refund for missing a class session. Classes are recorded and added to your account under My Courses.
- Refunds for courses are acceptable prior to 7 days before class begins. No refunds for courses will be given within a week of start date.
- There is no discount or refund for not continuing the course. If you stop attending classes, you will not receive a refund. If you need an extension to complete coursework including: tests and assignments, beyond their due date, please contact support.
- Subject to approval: monies collected by IIEI, for courses untaken by students, may be used as credit towards other courses.
- If you have attended a course previously, within 5 years, and wish to re-enroll in a new calendar year, you may do so at a 50% discount of the current class price. Re-enrollment beyond 5 years will be charged in full at current class price.
- Students who initiate a payment plan for courses are obligated to finish the payment plan for the duration of the term they are paying for.
Client Policy
Any appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment takes place will be charged the full appointment fee. If you are unable to make your appointment due to emergency, weather, or other circumstances outside of your control, you will be able to keep your payment on file to use toward your re-scheduled appointment.
