Hearing loss is a common part of aging, and typically occurs gradually over time. The National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders (NIDCD) reports that about 25 percent of those between the ages of 65 and 74 experience hearing loss.
It may be common, but does that mean it is irreversible? Even if we can slow the decline, or, better yet, reverse the condition, it sure would be a gift for millions of people.
There are many causes of hearing loss, and many ways to address these. Blood sugar, blood pressure, high cholesterol and nerve aging may all play a role.
In this webinar, we’ll take a deep look at herbal remedies and other supplements, plus traditional therapies from naturopathy, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine to improve hearing.
