Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic mental health condition in which uncontrollable obsessions lead to compulsive behaviors. When this condition becomes severe, it can interfere with relationships and responsibilities and significantly reduce quality of life. It can be debilitating. OCD is not a person’s fault and you don’t have to deal with it alone. OCD is treatable, even when it feels severe.
In this webinar, we will discuss OCD from the natural healing perspective. We’ll talk about different types of OCD symptoms, such as intrusive and unwanted thoughts, including a fear of germs, and compulsive behaviors that are performed in an attempt to relieve stress or anxiety and over which an individual has little or no control.
We will discuss natural remedies and behavioral and cognitive practices that can unwind these challenges. We’ll take a look at compulsive behaviors in general and come up with some approaches that often help people to feel better.
It’s time to dump your obsessions and conquer your compulsions.
