Herbal remedies are widely available, but many people never learn how to take them correctly.
Preparation method, dosage form, and timing all play a major role in whether an herb is effective or disappointing.
This introductory class explains the fundamental principles behind herbal preparations and why choosing the right form—tea, tincture, capsule, powder, or other methods—matters as much as the herb itself.
This course is ideal for anyone new to herbal medicine or practitioners seeking a clearer foundation for using herbs safely, effectively, and with confidence.
